Injection molding techniques

Euroform MediPharm injection mold plastic parts in different machine sizes to optimize your product. Manufacturing takes place in a class 8 cleanroom or in a controlled environment depending on customer requirements.

Our machinery

Our machinery has a high capacity. We have a wide range of production machinery reaching from 50 to 160 tons in a cleanroom environment, and between 50-470 tons in controlled area environment.

Furthermore we have additional packaging equipment for high volume or pre-series with the ability to produce our own blisters.

Cleanroom production

The base in our production is a state of the art cleanroom classified according to ISO14644-1 class 8. We injection mold, assemble and package your products in a highly controlled and clean environment.
Certified according to ISO13485

  • 4 machines with the capacity of 50 tons
  • 2 machines with the capacity of 110 tons
  • 1 machine with the capacity of 120 tons
  • 2 machines with the capacity of 160 tons

Clean production

When your product demands a hygenic environment or is just a “white product”, we can satisfy your requirements as well and offer standard industrial production in a clean and controlled environment in the same manner as for the cleanroom except from microbiological control. In other words, the best of both worlds.

The Injection molding technique

Injection molding is a manufacturing technique used to create high precision parts in a cost-effective way when you want to produce items in large volumes. It is excellent for small items, but also for large complex components found in products such as cars, electronics and medical devices.

Plastic material is melted and injected under high pressure into a molding tool in the machine. The material cools down and solidifies, then the finished product is removed from the machine manually or by robot. Value such as printing, welding, assembly or packing can then be added to a complete end product or complete system where plastic parts are included.

You can also add metal inserts in the manufacturing process to combine the advantages of plastic’s formability and light weight with metal’s strength and mechanical properties.
