Projects
Our projects are run by experienced cross-functional teams according to PPAP under the certification of ISO13485 or other documentation requirements from the customer. Making sure we deliver on deadline with high transparency during quotation, design, tool purchase, testruns, validation and industrialization. On top that, we always provide feedback for best possible production solution and we will gladly be a part of the design phase.
Design and simulation
Need help with construction or design? We can help you with add-ons, reconstruction or adjustments. Before you take the step to purchase your tool we offer the possibility to do a simulation of your 3D model. We use Moldflow simulation to be able to optimize the tool construction as much as possible. An efficient injection molding process is beneficial for both parties, both process-wise and financially. Here we analyze, for example, the risk of warping, flow paths, cooling channel efficiency and reduced cycle time.
We can also support you with 3D prints or drawings to make sure you get a good vision of your product before we start.
Tools
Cleanroom production
The base in our production is a state of the art cleanroom classified according to ISO14644-1 class 8. We injection mould, assemble and package your products in a highly controlled and clean environment.
Certified according to ISO13485
- 4 machines with the capacity of 50 tons
- 2 machines with the capacity of 110 tons
- 1 machine with the capacity of 120 tons
- 2 machines with the capacity of 160 tons
Clean production
When your product demands a hygenic environment or is just a “white product”, we can satisfy your requirements as well and offer standard industrial production in a clean and controlled environment in the same manner as for the clean room except from microbiological control. With other words – the best of both worlds.
Assembly
The need for assembly can vary and so does the level of the complete products. In our assembly area, we offer various types of added value, from simple manual assemblies to fully automated cells and complex solutions. Only your need sets the limits – we have the skills.
Packaging
We support you with your packaging needs. Each step of loading the product, seal blister pack and seal it with a top liner. We produce our own blisters, both hard and soft according to your specifications and design.
We can provide pattern packing, trays or other packaging solutions to protect your product. Welcome with your wishes and we will find a solution for it.
Decorations
Welding
Welding has in many ways become an important technology. Ultrasonic and mirror welding is common. We can offer different technologies depending on the needs of your product.
